Penn State Gets The Early Game Against Ohio State At Noon On FOX
Penn State Football received its kick time and television designation for its October 21 away game at No. 3/3 Ohio State. Penn State’s most significant road game of the year has a kickoff time. The Nittany Lions and the Buckeyes will kick off in Columbus at noon ET, with the game to be televised on FOX.
This is the second year the teams will face off in the early window of a college football Saturday. This will be Penn State’s fourth-noon kick of the season thus far.
No 6/5 Penn State has had a booming start and remains one of three Big Ten teams that have yet to lose, alongside Ohio State and Michigan. Coach James Franklin’s team has dominated West Virginia, Delaware, Illinois, Iowa, and Northwestern.
Both teams can enter the matchup undefeated, with the Buckeyes sitting at 5-0 overall and 2-0 in the Big Ten, while the Nittany Lions are 5-0 with a 3-0 conference record. Each team plays Saturday in their final games before the matchup.
Ohio State will play Purdue on the road, and Penn State will take on UMass in Beaver Stadium. Ohio State is on the road for Week 7 to face Purdue at noon on Saturday. Penn State will host Massachusetts at 3:30 p.m. Saturday to conclude its nonconference schedule.
The Buckeyes have not lost to Penn State since 2016, winning six consecutive games. The visiting Nittany Lions have not won at Ohio Stadium since its 20-14 victory in 2011.
