Conversations With A Legend: LaVar Arrington Talks With Fred VanVleet About Drake Being “Generous” And Light-Skin Brother’s Sticking Together

Toronto Raptors Fred VanVleet joined host LaVar Arrington on the Conversations With A Legend podcast to talk about his friendship with his twin, Drake, and light-skin brothers staying together. The conversation was hilarious.

"This has been my favorite artist since I can remember," VanVleet said to Arrington. "Fast forward, this how life works; I just ended up in Toronto. I've been hearing I look like him since I've been fifteen years old so it's just funny right. I'll just say he's very generous."

VanVleeting?

The Toronto point guard might be moving away from his hip hop hitmaking friend because if VanVleet hits free agency, many believe he will receive offers from the Orlando Magic, Houston Rockets, and many more with cap space to lure the player.

The Phoenix Suns have planned to pursue VanVleet since February, per reports, and the player could become a free agent if he declines a player option with Toronto.

However, it is all about the money; other teams could outbid the Suns with the Magic, and the Rockets are projected to have around $60 million in cap space during the offseason.

According to reports, Phoenix is predicted to end up $3 million over the cap.

If VanVleet does leave the Great North, his buddy can fly to kick it whenever he wants since he has Air Drake.
